West of Salt Lake City there is a road called the Bangetor highway. It has junctions just like those shown here every mile. It is the most fuel inefficient road I know of!!! From a standing start you accelerate to 55 miles per hour then slam on the brakes at every intersection. You can't pace the signals. You have no direct sight lines to know what the next light is doing. And no 2 are the same timing-hence no pacing.

There is one thing you as a road use can do.
Complain to local county or state about the issue. There are always ways they can do to make it better server the public.
