You did it almost easy man!Keep it up...Did you do a lot of weighted chin ups,or negatives...and how much i have to be able to pull if i"m 75 kg...can i pull less on lat mashine...but still be able to do one arm chin?
Hey man, yeah I do a lot of chinups and pullups, weighted as well as different variations of the pull up. Hm good question. You should be pretty close to pulling down twice your body weight on the lat pull down machine. I did a couple things to gauge it, for one, get a single fly cable on an adjustable machine and put it above your head. Adjust the weight to about your body weight and see if you can pull it down with one arm.
This looks easy to do , it isn't. Good job man !
