I was in the FFA. Raised a Shorthorn steer and a Holstein dairy heifer. Got trampled by a full grown Holstein cow once. I was evidently in her way when she was in one big hurry to be somewhere else. Back in those days, I must have shoveled 10 tons of steer manure, mixed with wet mud. Needless to say, my memories of the FFA are not particularly fond ones. I work in an office now. Its air conditioned and smells nice. Nevertheless, God bless all farmers, future and/or otherwise. They feed us.

I've met him a couple of times and he's just as genuine as he seems. Very nice man and funny as heck.
