HAARP CAN NOT create earthquakes. It can only release years of built up pressure created by tectonic plate movement. Small focused vibrations on a fault moves material between the plates which then acts as sandpaper. Relieving restrictive points thus "causing" the earthquake.

Come on people.. There is nothing scientific about these pseudoscientific claims which can not be backed up with actual scientific evidence. That is, none of these claims have been proven using the scientific method. These conspiracy theories are discrediting those of us who are skeptical of what the government is doing but who don't make baseless claims without real evidence. It seems global warming is a hoax used by the nuclear lobby (Rothschild) to promote nuclear power under the false pretense that nuclear fuel burning doesn't release CO2. Question: How do they direct ELF waves to a specific area on the planet?
