I think you are drumming far too much from your arms, hence you lack dynamics. Its all arm thrashing with you, you'll be much better if you use your wrists. You know what your doing, but quite a lot of this is out of time. It's hard to describe, but you're just not very good. You try hard to be something you're not. I don't say this because I dislike you, just the way you drum is fundamentally wrong, and you have bad habits that bug the heck out of me.
