OK....I just listened to your reasoning and you say things that are simply WRONG and you say them with CONVICTION....so I know now that you are simply deceived....Christ was in hell per Ephesians 4:8-10 ....God gave DOMINION of the earth to Adam who in turn ceded it to Lucifer....at which point Lucifer became Satan.... Christ was spoken into the physical existence through prophets for centuries leading up to the virgin birth

In Mat 23, Jesus rebukes religious teachers for how they go all over the place making converts, but then make them "twice as much a son of hell" as they are with their teachings.

@danymabiala The Scriptures says "In the BEGINNING was the WORD" (John 1:1) not "in the beginning was God and He spoke the Word into existence". The Scripture states "... ALL things were created by HIM (Christ), and for HIM: And HE is BEFORE ALL things, and by HIM ALL things consist." (Colossians 1:16-17) So if God spoke Christ into the existence, then Christ did not create all things, nor was Christ before all things. Jesus said, "Before Abraham was, I AM". (John 8:58)

If Christ was spoken into existence then He would be considered a creature; but such a proposition is heretical and clearly contrary to the infallible Word of God. Well in one of the first creeds of the faith (the Apostle's Creed which predates Nicea), it is stated that "He descended into Hell" but he was not TAKEN there involuntarily. It is considered His triumphal entry and conquering the grave (scriptural context Rom 10:7 & Acts 2:31?). However, Wommack is painting Christ as a powerless victim, not the victor over the grave. He is also referring to Him as a created being and Christ was with God in the beginning and through Him all things were made!
