While this scenario would cause oxygen deprivation, the weed WILL NOT KILL it nor is "TOXIC". yeah there's multiple chems that come out of the smoke, like a cig, but seriously. I've seen cats EAT bags of weed. Same effect as this cat- lethargic, etc. and it didn't die.

@guayo18 Not likely since they didn't have the ability to smoke it or set it on fire. Besides, he FORCED the kitten to smoke it several times a day. It's just a baby and it probably did cause some kind of long-term damage. What's more, he stuffed her into a tiny shoebox, sealed it shut, and left her in there. Sounds pretty abusive to me.
