  • lets just say rocket model

    z-5000000000000000

    en espanoul

    zeta-5000000000000000

  • Anyone else hear an ice cream truck?

  • la razón fulldelta ^^

  • @Tyrannobeast

I write with a translation machine.

It is a common misperception that SRB-A is made by ATK. The license of ATK was only used in the motor case molding process of a part of SRB-A. SRB-A is the one that was designed and manufactured from IHI AEROSPACE. SRB-A uses the core technology of JAXA, IHI AEROSPACE, NOF CORPORATION and Toray Industries.

  • @banbana64 Thank you for that information, I appreciate it when people help me get my facts straight.

  • The H-2 has ATK boosters. Those are the guys who make the Space Shuttle's SRBs! It gives the H-2 a classic APCP flame, in addition to greatly increasing its capability. Japan made the right choice for the boosters.

  • @Tyrannobeast Yeah, I hope they got the upgraded o-rings.

  • So is Godzilla OK?

  • @jauchiu Godzilla is living in a undersea volcano, not in space. Get your facts straight before posting on YouTube.

  • @Nomoreidsleft Sorry, I forgot about that. The #1 cause of Sunami. Godzilla!

  • gold! 8D

  • superbe video!

  • It's the secret next series of Lost.

  • anyway ,much better than korea

  • Respect....

    You build excellent rockets.

  • 5:16

  • WOW,,,

    very beautifully japanese rocket launch

  • Looks at all those CRTs in the control room!

  • Like something out of a James Bond movie, what with the warning alarms going off. An amazing Japanese rocket though.

  • I should add Nozomi :D

  • Did I see a wrench and socket ?? Wonder if there's hope for me :D

  • dang

  • Just shows how big this stuff really is.

  • Amazing Japanese state of the art technology!

  • State of the art Japanese maybe, but definitely not state of the art. Compared to the Space Shuttle, circa 1981 (Vintage US technology), H-2A is found wanting ;)

  • Very cool vid. I found that very interesting. 5/5

  • is there some reason why it is titled rocketlaunch but 80% of the vid is of prepping for flight?. Nice flight regardless

  • Those Japanese know how to party. Nice launch. I'm glad they don't still have a grudge against the US.

  • that h2a rocket is so bigger than other rockets

  • this rocket use only water and electricity as fuel. so we dont need oil anymore. japan already won the race.

  • and why?all rockets uses fuel and oxidizer. other

rockets uses liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen.

  • The US space shuttle has used liquid hydrogen and oxygen for fuel the whole time.

  • US were not better, their apollo program was spearheaded by von braun, a german rocket scientist. Before they had him their rocket program didn't exist.

  • Robert Goddard would be surprised to hear that.

  • if it was a nuke were did it land smart ass ?

  • Japan kicks ass!

  • No. Chuck Norris kicks ass.

  • What ?! XD

  • 発射シーンはよく見るけどこういう準備作業は滅多にないですね。

    非常に興味深い。

  • Japanese technology is an original one.

The next generation tankman will be for counter-terrorism measures, and miniature seems developed. It would also be better to advance technology for a Chinese threat now.

  • Now THAT's what I call a large satelite!

  • Sympa comme vidéo

  • I´d want to know whay the launch took place on a clif. I think the real state is too expensive in Japan!

  • Nice vid and launch. Good payload stats also.

  • Nice video!!

  • What about the payload? Weather satellite, communication or what?

  • Lol at almost every comment here, all insulting each other based on language. Almost every English one has incredibly bad spelling and grammatical errors.

  • Very cool! I enjoy seeing more people getting into the game! We can learn from each other.

  • H2A=best rocket in the world. Our satellites will be launched by the H2A.

  • Amazing!

  • Fuck chinp!!!

  • Shut up undeveloped chinks!

  • It's sad that you feel the need to disparage an entire people on the basis of a few unscrupulous businessmen and officials. But in any case, at least try to get the nationality right the next time you feel the need to be zenophobic. The H2-A is a Japanese rocket - the Chinese had nothing to do with it.

  • Whats the matter dumb ass? scared asians will surpass American laziness? I wonder why America is at the point of no return in national school, test scores? Intellectual laziness, i suspect! I wonder why American business chooses to do business in Japan,China,South Korea,Tiawan,India...ect ect ect? I suspect because Americans have become so damm intellectually lazy and all these nations i just mentioned, are more disciplined in the area of technology advancement and learning!

  • The Russians and the USA got their rocket tech from the Germans. It's called sharing information and improving on it. That's how the world progrsses.

P.S. The Chinese invented rockets in the first place. They also invented the printing press and gun powder among many other inventions.

  • You chinks are japan's slave, part of Japan.

all you chinks can do is copying, isnt it.

  • The spacial satellite market is being shortened for USA with China, Japan or India.

  • did that look like a failure to you???

  • Reubenparkin: "did that look like a failure to you???"

I was talking about the record. It has a miserable record specially for the beginning of its history, one failure after another. It ended up in cancellation of some of the pre-order satellite launch it had.

You can see some of it documented in Wiki.

  • Why not?

  • You have no business existing.

  • dude im Japanese and they have the technology to sore to space, dude u dont know anythin! read a book

  • Very nice video. Watching it being born and then launched was great! Good Job.

  • Nice launch.

  • Actually the solid fuel rockets are made from: Aluminium oxide, Aluminium chloride, solid nitrous oxide and nitrous cellulose that is because cellulose when it burns it expands at a factor of 900.

And yes the liquid rocket engines are powered by a mix of Hydrogen & Oxygen in a ratio of 2:1.

  • Aluminum oxide does not burn. It is used as a heat resistant material (up to 5400 degrees) You may be thinking of APCP propellant which uses aluminum to create Al2O3.

  • You suck!

Japanese H2A solid fuel is not Hydrazine.

    You didnt know.

  • The fuel of this rocket is hydrogen and oxygen.

    They are made from seawater.

It is the best rocket for the environment in the world.

  • hydrazine is a liquid.

hydrazine is a hypergolic fuel...which finds its use in liquid restart missions.

  • Whoever said the Japanese have a nuke is nuts. The Japanese, being the only intentional victims of nuclear bombs, are the most outspoken opponents of nuclear arsenals. You be opposed to it too if 200,000 of your people were killed in a matter of days.

  • i would say most of the japanese dont want nuclear bomb, i think they are smart enough not to need them right now.

  • this is fantastic, brilliant and give all the reward to those poor workers the guys comment at the start was fucking crap

  • It's a Japanese rocket, where do you get Korean from this ?

  • hes ignorant

  • yea, kind of looks that way, tsk. ignorant people, what are you gonna do ? *slowly shakes head*

  • might be right

  • You sir, are ReeeeeTarrrrrrDiiiiiiiid!!! !

  • anyway , glad to see another asin brother have rocket to join the club of space exploitage . congratulations~~~ don't let somebody feel lonely.

  • Incredible vid. Very illustrative about all the hard work an care before a launch.

    The new satellites are enormous!

  • Dont be stupid - this not first Japanese rock. I come to your, flip out like ninja and chop off head for be so stupid! INNIT!

You can google "International Space Plane (ISP) Program", or you can go to this user account which has links to the International Space Agency (ISA) Organization.

  • This rocket is propulsed by hydrogen + oxygen.

  • is this the first japanese rocket launch?

  • what is this rocket for?

  • this rocket is for searching north korea. as you know, they have an A-bomb and japan must spy them. rocket soon changes into military, so even the US didn't sell the skill. that's why we kept failing, but finally, we make it by our own skill. it is a big success unlike china who leanred from russia. japanese must keep making an effort to take the top seat.

  • jrocker311

this rocket we make it by our own skill. it is a big success unlike china who leanred from russia.

    --------------

don't be so sure, friend. china have no teacher on rocket development. think of it ,russia aready angry to see china's atom bomb, how can we dare to ask them hand over rockets for A-bomb carring?

  • when china made it about a rocket with a pilot for the first time, russia announced that china used russian skill. it's true.

  • Good job.I love Japan
