Totally, totally over rated optics, especially in this 'current climate'. Opticron 1/5 the price and truthfully SUPERB optics, especially on their higher price range.It's all about 'the brand'!
Well, I don't have the money for Swarovsky, so I went with an entire set of Fujinon's for the price of one Swarovski. By the way, the SX indication of the Fujinons, denotes the flat field oculars. So, I don't think Swarovski is the only company making flat field binoculars.
These are simpley the best bino's of the world ! Not at all over rated !!!!
They are worth every penny !

The best binocular on the planet ... made to look very ordinary. 90% of the points raised are found in most mid range bins.
What matters is the view which is brighter, sharper, clearer, wider and 'fuller' than any other model available today.
