Chinese salty egg yolk with shrimp??? not a good combo. salty egg yolk is aged and yet shrimp is fresh. the egg yolk will destroy the freshness of the shrimp.
Not true. I had something similar in a restaurant and it was really good. The catch is, the chef added some curry powder so it was a little spicy. It was pretty good, nonetheless. ^_^
