I have a question, the standard tuning is gCEA, that means that the lowest string is in A, and the upmost string is in g? now I have 4 strings, but I don't understand, they're called BF#DA (from 1-4), in thickeness .024 .032 .034 .028 m... Can someone help me, it's very confusing...

Sounds like you are using 'low G' tuning, right? Do you prefer that for a particular reason?

The Best way to use this Tuner is to put it on the BASS (guitar) setting.. the Ukulele matches it much better then the Guitars setting. Then you will not have all the variation and so so tone matching, trust me on this one! :)

One things for sure its easy for me to tune a four string, but I've got a hard time tuning my 8 string, so my dad usually tunes it for me.

@Illuv2travel Well im 13 and i jsut started playing the BEST uke ive played beyond a reasonable doubt (for a beginner) has to be a makala ukulele and as far as a turner goes i wouldnt touch anything besides a korg if youve just started playing.
