I'm guessing you didn't get an A on this project... Unless you were in the comedy group. By the way, that looks delicious. Next time, make some ham and mushroom colored thingies. Then mix them to make a nice looking omlet. You might even try your hand at plastic toast and potatoes. Believe it or not, there is a market for such an art. Starbuck's, and others use that type of display. Cooking is an art/science. If you have the oportunity to improve your grade - take it.
