I can totally relate. My culinary arts teacher thinks she's running Iron Chef or something. Our omelets had some brown spots on them, and she was all, "This would get sent back in a restaurant." She gives us insane tests, and just takes the class WAY too seriously. I took it to get an A, and I have to bust my ass to get even an 85. It's ridiculous.
