Lower limb - assess gait, romberg's and heel-toe
Inspection - bulk and fasciculations, scars
Tone - at knees, CLONUS
Power - lift against resistance, push down into bed, knee flexion, ankle flex and ext
Reflexes - patellar, ankle jerk, babinski (downgoing normal)
Coordination - heel shin, but also heel toe walk helps
Sensation - assess central and peripheral sharp sensation, then each dermatome, VIBRATION SENSE ON BONY PROMINENCEES
