  • "0.37.." Spock with some nice Ipad action there. Apparently our future tablets will be 5 Centimeters thick!

  • I think that is one of the better mixes around

  • And THAT, my friends, is how we did it in the 23rd Century.

  • Now THATS he they should have done in the first place. Screw talking, warn them once, them blow them up, Kirk was indeed, THE master. ;-)

  • Kirk would have shagged them all into submission.

  • Kirk is the master ^^

  • I thought for sure they were going to use lines from the Corbomite Maneuver. Only way I'd see that Enterprise making it out in one piece.

  • Damn Omega Molecules.

  • Most of the time these mash-ups suck...This was worth my time!

  • Clever.

  • 3:09 A face from TOS appears on screen for a millisecond.

  • Next on Star Trek!!! The crew of the ST XI Enterprise go against the Borg!!! Will Spock consider JOINING the Collective?

  • Kirk would have made sweet sweet love to the Borg Queen till they just gave up assimilation and just existed to honor his name. Yeah...

  • Classic Kirk never loses.

  • that was a sphere. not a cube lol

  • I got to call bs on this one there's is no way that they would have won that in real life i mean even sovereign class starships have trouble blowing away a borg ship and that what there made for. a constitution class starship like that one would have been nothing more then scrap metal and her crew would all be borgs

  • Considering the borg had yet to adapt to the weapons used by the Federation at the time it is possible for the Enterprise to have destroyed the borg cube if they had started firing and not stopped until the cube was completely destroyed. IE: If they hadn't given the borg time to adapt.

  • look i dont mean to be a critic but they are right the borg would win you should make the ending replaced with the self destructing explosion from the third movie

  • Ahhh, see now we all know, Picard tried repeatedly to defeat them, Janeway made friends with them, Kirk,2 Photon Torpedoes, Jobs done, no muckin around, on with the trek! LOL, Love Star Trek!

  • Illlogical!!!!

  • Lol no way the old Enterprise would have blown up a Borg cube. I do think Kirk would have rammed or crashed the Enterprise into it though. He was a fighter for sure.

  • @dpattiris

Nah! I want a fucking 100 dollar note!

  • @dpattiris

It's called a TRICORDER.... Google it out!

  • People seem to forget that the Borg had yet to take on a biological form on the Enterprises 5 year mission. See Star Trek: The Motion Picture, for details.

  • @rapture25z For the last time, V'Ger had no connection with the Borg whatsoever FACT!!! V'Ger + Borg is NONCANONICAL!!!

  • sucks the borg comming in the 80s with picard no kirk

  • Spock basically tells McCoy that if he were assimalated, his memory engrams would destroy the borg.

  • Not sure why photon torpedoes would destroy a borg cube, but this was awesome none the less!

  • that would make a kickass episode

  • Pretty fun and quick editing.

  • oh my god watch it with subtitles JUST DO IT!

  • lmao

  • 84 people are part of the collective.

  • Funny... They wouldn't stand a chance mind you.

  • @notjustadog Gives new meaning to the term mindf*ck

  • Pretty good video! It's like I never saw this episode!

  • I don´t think that they would win against the borg at all, enterprise aren´t armed with Transphasic torpedoes so it could be a problem to the borg cube

  • Another crap fan made video gimmie a break..... seriously you fan moronic types need too get off you're selves..

  • i will get never old...

  • McCoy has a great "We're totally fucked" look.

  • LMAO I,m watching original again now and I often think of how they would be with the borg lol. Somehow i envision kirk with the borg queen and just sayin shut the frak up:)

  • this is just made of several clips of star trek,i can tell because it changes scenes very suddenly.

  • @notjustadog only man to contract a computer virus

  • They are very fortunate that they had transphasic torpedoes.

  • We are the Borg.

    You will be assimilated.

    Resistance is futile.

  • nonsence the cube boirg didnt exhinst till after the V GER INCEDENT

  • What episode is this?

  • @MrTabby5000, the opening is from "The Changeling" (the probe "Nomad"), with segments from "The Ultimate Computer" mixed in.

  • this is fun, but there is no way they can defeat the cube.

  • well done. I particularly like the TOS sound effect when the Borg engages their tractor beam lol. Nice job.

  • ich wusste das sie es schaffen

  • bewm

  • LOL WTF IS THAT STOP AT 3:10

  • THER WASN'T ANY BORG THEN

  • @somkiddy

Voyager specified that the Borg are over nine hundred years old.

  • @Fuleadeare blech, is voyager even considered canon? Most die hard trekkers don't think so...

  • @ocerg1111

Well, it's really the producers that decide if something's canon, not the fans. 'sides, I don't care for being 'die-hard', i just enjoy what I enjoy.

  • The idea that any race would be stagnant for centuries is naïve! The Borg have grown over the years. As for Kirk destroying them—hell yeah! He typically doesn’t show mercy or curiosity, which was where Spock (curiosity) and McCoy (mercy) entered into the drama, to add to the triangle and convince Kirk to do it their way. The bottom line is he would have destroyed the Borg cube before it could adapt to the Federation technology of the time. You don’t have to believe me, do your own research.

  • I musta missed this episode.

  • @leebobbly, the Borg had no time to adapt to the photons. Kirk showed no mercy, but Picard hesitated to fire again.

  • It takes a whole lot more then that to destroy a cube.

  • That was cool.

  • Ah, the memories of TOS. Checkov's wig. Kirk's stunt double (this time wearing a yellow shirt instead of red). THe banter between McCoy and Spock. Sulu stating the obvious ("Direct hit," after the target blew up). It's all there in this mini-episode. Thanks for making this!

  • I realy would have liked to see Kirk vs Borg episode it realy would have been interesting to watch but oh well

  • lets be honest, they would have kicked the borgs butts, and Kirk would inevitably have gotten off with the borg queen, taught her 'how to love', and then phasered her in the last 5 minutes... (but also, this early in the timeline, the borg wouldn't be as hard to beat as the newer drones, they'd probably look like inspector gadget).

  • what episode was the first clip from with the energy bolt

  • Not a bad job with the scene-splicing. But I don't think it would've ended so well for the original crew.

  • creative... but so so so many things wrong with this clip...

  • All Kirk had to do is send a virus, and that would have done them in. you wanna destroy a computer, send Kirk in!

  • @ddeniatpac

The operating systems of each ship would likely be incompatible.

  • @logik316 Doesn't matter. If it's a computer, Kirk will find a way to disable or destroy it, by making it do it to itself.

  • @logik316 Doesn't matter. If it's a computer, Kirk will find a way to destroy it....

  • Chuck in Kirk boffing the Borg Queen and it'd be perfect!

  • Wow....he fired a transphasic torpedo.

Kirk always knew JUST what to do. Despite the BILLIONS of deaths, he still has a big grin at the end of the episode.

  • That was INCREDIBLE!!! Like watching an actual TOS episode. Kirk vs. Borg. Every Trek nerd out there must've had a coronary when the Cube showed up. Your editing was seamless and your choice of clips for story building, flawless. Only nitpick I have is the easy destruction of the Cube. With so many clips to choose from, and your obvious talents, I'm sure you could've put together a more well rounded Trek victory. Also, you l left out the obligatory seduction of the Borg Queen by Kirk.

  • haha, kirk having a go at the borg, love it :D

  • It was cool, but we didn't have no Red Shirt causalities and no girls scored by Kirk so i will consider this as a trailer. ;)

  • Kirk: 1

    Borg: 0

  • bbbbbboooooo kirk! janeway much better go borg in this episode! beat out the poor graphics i could have done better!

  • bbbbbboooooo kirk! janeway much better

  • The Borg wouldn't have even considered the Enterprise for assimilation. The technology was so inferior that it wouldn't have been worth it.

If they had, however, the Enterprise wouldn't have lasted 2 seconds.

  • @RanesErrantis So you're putting the original Enterprise in the same club as the Kazon from Voyager who Seven of Nine said were unworthy of assimilation because they would "detract from perfection". I do believe that is sacrilege. Kirk's hairpiece alone would have made the Borg invincible.

  • @Fbueller129 While the hairpiece alone could've easily been the centerpiece of the collective (rivaling that of the Omega Particle), that's pretty much what I'm saying. Unless the Borg see something truly unique that would benefit the collective, they won't assimilate it, the same way pre-warp civilizations are safe unless they need the planet.

  • @RanesErrantis BOOOOOOO! The Borg can't beat Jim Kirk!!

  • @RanesErrantis Yes the borg would have assimilated the crew of the enterprise because that is one of there tactics of acquiring dromes.

  • @RanesErrantis -- I disagree. Kirk would have been able to talk them into self-destructing. It was his forte.

  • @RanesErrantis As Admiral Janeway said to the Borg Qween, it would have "brought chaos to order"

  • does anyone thing think that the borg would have been too much for kirk in terms of tactical expertise instead of technological expertise? bearing in mind that kirk would have fought 23rd century borg? in other words how would kirk handle the 23rd century borg without external expertise from Q and Guinan and 24th century sensors.

  • 2:07-2:20, don't you love 50s-60s motion stages? HA!

  • A Borg Cube destroyed by photon-torpedos from the mids of the 23rd century!?

    NO WAY!

  • Sorry... but the original Enterprise would never stand a chance against the Borg.

  • the enterprise withstood 5 hits each equivalent to 90 of her torpedoes. That was from the nomad probe. that can wipe out all life on a planet easily. The doomsday machine can slice up planets like knife through butter. The Enterprise withstood multiple hits from that too. The Enterprise itself can wipe out a planet by herself while in the 24th century it takes a task force. Suffice it to say the enterprise can take on a borg cube.

  • @MrHoppers002 The Enterpise D and E are much larger and more powerful than then Enterprise or Enterpise A...... neither were capable of taking on a borg cube.... needless to say... Enterpise or Enterpise A would not be able to face an attack from the borg.

  • did you not watch TOS and see the pounding it could take from things that can wipe out planets like nothing. The Enterprise-D and E never took that sort of pounding in TNG

  • @MrHoppers002 I saw TOS as well... D & E were both larger, more advanced, more powerful ships. Your line of thinking is most illogical. :P LOL!!!!! Even Scotty refer to the old tech of his time as "realics" in TNG "Realics"

  • this is what I hate about trek. Each show is like its own continuity. Each show rebuts each other. I mean until I see the Enterprise-D or E able to take 450 of its own torpedoes or able to go 1000 lightyears in 12 hours I don't see how the D and E are stronger than the original.

  • Even Roddenberry addmitted to certinly "errors" in tech in the original series. Logically though ;D.... each generation of Enterprise would be stronger and more advanced than the one before. Therefore original<A<B<C<D<E<J. In the series "Enterprise" when Archer and his crew run into the future constution class starship(same class ship as the original series Enterprise) the ship from the future is far superior to Archer's Enterprise.

  • I wouldn't call them errors all you have to do is make up some bigger numbers in the next show like TNG to make it all right again. Also it's science fiction and it's star trek and it doesn't have to be logical. ;)

  • That's illogical. ;) LOL!!!!!!!!!!

  • @wabmorgan yes it is. that's why kirk would seduce the borg queen and his enterprise would beat the borg with their old technology and make it look good. :)

  • @MrHoppers002 logically.... lol..... Kirk would be assimilated. Resistance is futile. :D LOL!!!!!

  • you're either a borg fan or a kirk hater. :P

  • Like Kirk.... but am a TNG fan!!!!!! LOL!!! :D

  • no wonder I'm a TOS fan. :D

  • Ofcourse KIrk would have kicked their asses. Scotty would probaly have made some sort of stunt in enginering, to make their weapons more powerfull. *LOL* Kirk is unbeateble. By the way, don´t underestimate the constetution class. Kirk does set the warp record i belive was warp 14.1 and the Enterpriser (NCC1701) does also singlehand destroy a romulan bird of pray, witch is equipped with a new powerfull weapon. (TOS: Balance of terror). I personaly like the TOS episodes. Power to NCC 1701.

  • Kirk would have beamed over, then stomped on their stupid alien genitals. After a makeout session with the borg queen, he would go back to his ship and blow the borg ship back to kingdom come, cause you know they were asking for it. He would then warp over to Risa for a few days of 1960's beach fun, making out with every alien woman he found even remotely attractive. Spock would still rock!

  • WOW... I wonder what those early starfleet torpedoes had in them to cause such a boom.

See Kirk would have seduced the borg queen then fought hand to hand without a shirt on a dozen borg drones before turning back to the ship and blowing up the cube then. that was the way to go back in the day.

  • Interesting, but why break up the time-space continuum for the sake of another video!

  • That's because Kirk is a PIMP. He would have pimp slapped the Borg.

  • nice vid but well i gues we all know that a constitution class alone never stand a chance beating a borg cube al by it self just say wolf 395

  • shouldn't that be wolf 359?

  • hehe yes my bad hat a number switch it is wolf 359 not 395 saw that abit later to my bad but thx :P

  • @xxXSHADOWHUNTERXxx

Its not the size of the ship, its the captain! :P

  • Bones gets owned!

  • Bullshit the Carl Sagans spaceship of the imagination has a better chance of destroying a Borg cube then the NCC-1701 does. besides that not a bad video

  • @Dooku64 but the NCC-1701 has something Sagan's ship doesn't: James Badass Motherfucker Kirk

  • Good Stuff :D

  • Ha ha ha! There is no way Kirk's Enterprise could defeat a Borg cube! I always liked the relationship between Kirk, Bones, and Spock. It has never been seen again in any of the newer Star Trek programs. Although Next Generation time period Star Trek programs have nice personal relationships, none of them ever surpass that of Kirk, Spock, and Bones.

  • Pretty fair editing!

  • very nice.

  • Come on guys - its pure fun - its well done and thanks for doing it - I enjoyed it in the manner in which it was done - bloody great lol

  • yeah right.... whole flote bearly destray a cube not old constitiution class...

  • an old constitution class taking out a cube? umm.. nope.

  • spok, bones and kirk ftw :D

  • yeah ok. not happening.

  • they woulda been massacred not a chance in hell

  • Because itw a mindless film with a silly script and plot holes the size of the Eneterprise.

It's similair to Indy4 except less bad.

  • But Star Trek is already full of continuity errors, it's just continuing the tradition.

  • Well, yeah. If this was an MMO and the Borg were level modulated for the era Kirk was in, then yeah he could own up like a boss, but considering the 1701-D Galaxy Class far out-classes a Constitution Class, AND they had trouble with the Borg. They'd probably rip through the Constitution Class like Tissue Paper. Then again, this is all in good fun. Nice job on the video and hero worship, though.

  • i think the new star trek film has won a whole new era of fans, who will probably be interested in seeing more. Think this vid is great by the way!

  • This was nicely done. Lucky for Kirk the Borg hadn't encountered Fed weapons to adapt to yet. Not sure a handful of torpedoes would've taken out a Cube tho but hat's nitpicking! Well done!

Now type in 'A Tale Of Two Galaxies'

  • great job!! MAKE ANOTHER ONE!!

  • ROFL AWESOME XD

  • Thank you!

I like it! It's obvious a lot of thought went into this.

Unlike that multimillion dollar, senseless peice of crap of a film that JJ Abrams dumped on the "Star Trek" franchise!

  • Amen.

  • The defence strategy of the enterprise was tactically niave and bereft of any advice from engineering.

Reconfiguration of the plasma coils would have provided the enterprise with consmelted propulsive power providing carg underlayment. A critical mass would have occurred in the throb chamber which could then be released on to the borg.

Picard was floundering and clearly not up to speed on the day. Dissapointing.

  • I'd imagine is would be more like the way they handled the doomsday machine. Fight and run until thet find something big enough to blow up the cube.

  • I like how the navigator (usually chekov) changes to at least 4 different actors/characters during the 5 minutes.

  • This is just the kind of illogic that continues to feed William Shatner's colossal ego. Enterprise E was more than double the size and exponentially greater in armament, and their victories only came about as a result of Picard's "inside information" about the Borg.

  • well think of it like this. In the 23rd century starfleet weapons didn't use frequencies or such nonsense. So borg defenses would be worthless an the weapons would slice through the borg ship like a knife through butter. Like in voyager endgame using transphasic torpedoes.

  • Wow!!!

  • Great Job! Star Trek in five minutes. It's too bad four billion people had to die to make it.

  • This was a fantastic story, the lost episode!!! YOU David, should get an Award!!! 5*'s and a New Subbie here!!! =])

  • WE are the borg?

  • They could have introduced acid to the Collective.. Which, I feel could be the ONLY good use for that drug.

  • The TOS Constitution class vessel would have been sliced and diced by a Borg cube. Kirk would have been a drone and they would have made Uhura a Queen.

  • The Enterprise was no ordinary connie. She was heavily modified by scotty. Also the Enterprise could take the direct pounding from something that can smash up planets. Kirk would just beam some torpedoes in the borg cube and blow it up that way.

  • Hahahaha nice job XD

  • very good lol

  • i saw the movie this is like toltaly the same

  • James T. Kirk was a great man, but that was another life.

  • CRAPPY!

  • you would think they would have seat belts

  • Hell no thie enterprise was far inferior to a Borg cube to blow it up

Its avery good thing that the Borg NEVER showed in this era

  • Nah Kirk would have pulled a smart ass manuver destroyed the borg then slept with all their women.

  • @Alexodia more like get pwned by the borg in the first 5 minutes of the episode due to their technology difference - which is still heavily in the borgs favor in the TNG, so the borg vs original series? no contest

  • @robspartan117 what they have made in voyager is far more ridicolous. Besides. This is Jim kirk. He always win.

  • @bremer1701 no he doesnt

  • @Alexodia no no no no, he wouldn't have slept with all their women, they would have just all swooned and fallen in love with him and questioned why they were all trying to assimilate everyone, a bunch of them would have sacrificed themselves in some noble gesture, and then he would have had to leave them all at the end of the episode to continue his journey as the captain of the enterprise.

  • remember when it 1st came out.

We are the Borg. Lower your shields, and surrender your ship. We will add your biological and technological distinctiveness to our own. Your culture will adapt to service ours. Resistance is futile.

    Now they say

We are Borg. Prepare to be assimilated. Resistance is futile.

    Cool huh!

  • The borg would assimilate the Federation of this era and then lose tech due to budget cuts.

  • even a 23rd century cube would have eaten a constitution class ship for breakfast

  • Nahh. Kirk's ship is made of corbomite... so any attack would be reflected (and amplified).

    (see 'The Corbomite Manuever')

  • i hope now that the franchise is rebooted Kirk fights the Borg in the sequel.

  • Either the Borg or the Klingons...

Just as long as they don't ruin it by having him fight both. More than one villain doesn't work.

  • What about Khan, he would be a good villain. Kirk takes on the Eugenics.

  • This might sound stupid, but I'd love to see a remake of the Gorn saga. The one that featured that weak fight between Kirk and one of the lizards.

The Enterprise crash lands on the Gorn Homeworld, and they're fighting for their lives across the planet whilst waiting to be rescued.

  • I dont think I could ever take that plot seripously, not even the orginal its just kirk punching a guy in abarney costume

  • A new Khan film is not necessary. I haven't seen Wrath of Khan, but I'd love to see it now that I watched the new film.

Khan's supposed to be a classic on it's own.

  • I would like to see Kirk interact with Q.
