Modern, democratic, largely secular Israel, that is, a nation governed by humane laws and not by the alleged commandments of a tyranical "God".

To all,
I've just been given a gift. I was shown in a relatively short paragraph most of my negative comments made on the different sites. I'd like to apologise for they were not kind and I was not responding as a christian should. My choice of words were hurtful and made in haste and anger. I will from this point on be more aware of how I should respond in the manner set for by Jesus in scripture.

Burma is a country that has many Christians in it but the government (or lack thereof) has been at war with its citizens for the last 60 years. THE LONGEST CIVIL WAR IN HISTORY!!!!
The government there doesn't care about what kind of Christian you are it just cares about killing you!!

So much anger out there from those who do not believe in God!!! You'd think as much as they think about themselves they wouldn't give us the time of day. Perhaps they see themselves as smarter than us, do you think?? I think also they feel impotent because God gets more attention than they do. That would explain their language. The one that needs to grow up is you. Criticizing religion is the same as criticizing any other human institution (government, court, military,...). And saying that we need to stop supporting religion is just what leads into anarchy (I assume nobody really wants anarchy; and ofc. 100% anarchy is just a theoretical prediction) . We just have to get rid of the corruption in organized religions since the corruption in the source of the problem. Not religion itself.

hmm... well Mother Teresa's homes for the dying weren't about the sick people, they DID NOT care for them properly, just let them suffer so they could "see god in their twisted dying bodies", it was about their selfish desire to be closer to that imaginary character "God" Mother Teresa also accepted money from brutal African dictatorships and made public appearances praising them. There is no hell, no heaven and no god, only the here and now. Do we really need a fictional character to be good?

I'd venture to say with 99.9% accuracy, that these priests who have been molesting kids, for decades on end, are actually, satanic plants placed in the church by covens. The bible says; "By their fruits ye shall know them." If their deeds are only evil continually, especially of this nature (molestation), then they are not true followers of Jesus.

If Jesus wouldn't do it, then neither will His true disciples do it either. Satan is as an angel of light, seeking whom he may devour. I know that hundreds of innocent kids have been fragmented by molestation. They need help. 70% of those molested will act out on someone else when they become older. Very sad indeed.
