I hope the citizens DEMAND the resignation of these officers and the County Commissioners as well. That would show that our County Commissioners will not allow the citizens and taxpayers of Polk County to be treated unlawfully by their law enforcement officerss. Lt. Carswell testified they had used this "informant" in over 25 cases in the past year!!! This was the first time the "informant" had been a witness in court!!!
