@jordanbrandon8 I like him a lot, and although he's great, I still think Scar and Frollo were more awesome, because Scar is cool and was one of the few disney villains to kill off one of the main characters, and Frollo...well...not sure what to say. He killed a mother, tried to drown a baby, kills gypsies, had a lustful obsession over esmerelda, and tried to burn down all of paris just to find her...that's gonna be hard to top IMO

As far as villain songs go, I think this one is very under-rated.

It just always fascinated me for them to make a villains song out of what was originally a hero song.

Plus, it's very symbolic. When the song was first sung it was used to show the hero at his best, on top of the world.

Now, in the hands of the villain, that same song is used to bring both the her, and the audience, to their lowest emotional point in the film.

I don't know if that was the intent but if it was then bravo Disney
