@incredablegirl There were many greeks in Pontos(today) mostly elders but still speaking hellenic language,they would be muslim but their culture is hellenic they celebrate greek special days like epiphany-kalandaris...Also there were Muslim Greeks who were speaking hellenic language ,but they are almost extinct today.Every recent day makes them losing their hellenic side...

@incredablegirl If we look at the history you can see All of th greeks move their current homeland from the coast of the black sea but totally thats not true, Cretan greeks are much more like today greek people but Pontics, Cappadocian(extinct) greeks a little diffrent from them.

@incredablegirl There were some(i don't know the exact number) Greek speaking, Muslims in Crete but they left the island when the Ottoman occupation was over. A lot of them were true Greeks but the Cristian Cretans didn't want them back, due to the fact that the Muslims weren't harmed by the Ottomans as the Greeks-Rum were.
