Anyone remember when the Yanks signed Hideki Irabu to that huge deal back in teh late 90's? He was supposed to be the next big thing. But turns out he could only throw 99 mph fast balls right down the pipe, the majority of which got jacked about 500 ft. MLB needs to give up on Japanese talent, because Japanese baseball talent is an oxymoron. We should recruit more Japanese computer programers instead. The Pawtucket Redsox could probobly beat the best Japanese team.

Jacoby is great but Japanese players suck. History tells it all. Nomo was good for a few years. untill superior Americans figured him out, same deal with Dice K. Dice K has the ability to be a number 4 or 5 in MLB. He may be a legend in Japan, but honestly, Japenese players are just way beyond inferior to Americans. Dice K is the biggest waste of 100 million the Sox will ever spend.

Honestly, when I made this comment I was really drunk and was pissed because Dice K had another bad start. He has alot of talent, but he's so frustrating because he walks batter after batter for no reason sometimes. My comment was racist and uncalled for though. My apologies. I suppose I was only refering to Japanese pitchers in MLB, and successful longevity has been uncommon with them, but I like Dice K, He needs to throw strikes though.
