im confused....at about 30 min he says that "thats why they dont want laws against promiscuity" now is he saying he wants laws banning those who are essentially sexually active with many people...even if its the choice of the individual to do so?? DOES Mr cooper WANT laws against promiscuity?? how would these be enforced??? do you you arrested the high schooler (boy or girl) who has multiple sex partners in a short amount of time (few months?)
