How to Download Mozilla Firefox

You're using Firefox to show how to download their program. Unfortunately, I don't have Firefox yet and am using IE to get to the download site. When I try to download, IE won't let me and tells me it is protecting me. How do I get around this, and oddly enough, I have been able to download lots of programs without any problem, except for Firefox. I think it's Windows screwing with Firefox.
