I felt GT had a poignant ending but the series itself was a farce. The Baby saga was watchable but anything before and afterward was just wrong, with the exception of this movie and the last episode (I felt an original Dragonball vibe from the movie because planets weren't being sploded and people weren't shooting energy beams from their fingers) although I enjoy dbz more than db

@gencarelle5 Still, this is like 100 years later right? My theory as to why he is the same age is that in the Buu Saga the old Kai gave Goku the rest of his life energy or whatever so he could go battle buu with Gohan.

...Kai's live like hundreds of thousands of years. So even as an old man, he probably still had a lot of life left. Maybe Goku lives longer because of that.

Btw, can you imagine how powerful Goku must be by now!?!? He gets stronger so fast. He must be like a god by now!

I dont think it was an over all dissapointment.

It had its good and bad moments.

The only reason people didnt like it was because it threw power balance out the window and mad cuz goku wasnt strong on his ssj3 form as a kid.

I like the concept of GT because it gave fans some extra Dragon ball, introduced SSJ4 (Which is awesome), and the fact that there was negativity being stored for overusing the dragon balls so many times.

Vegeta's tail never grew back. Only it appeared when Bulma used the Blutz waves to make him go SSJ4.

Also, the old kai in GT makes Goku's tail grow back and they pull it out with pliers.

Look how early Trunks and Goten went super saiyan. It seems that half humans are a bit more gifted but they don't have the same drive to become great that saiyans have. ...It does seem a bit far fetched for that to continue all the way down to 1/16 saiyan though lol.

Well yeah each organism retains genes or traits that is better suited for the given environment. Meaning that since it is much better to fly rather than jump high, the flying trait will be kept. Toriyama has it backwards, instead of saiyan genes diluting, about half if not most of it should be taking over by now creating a different breed of saiyan/human.
