Where i work you're not allowed to begin unloading a truck until you have possession of the driver's keys. This video is a perfect example of why. A really good example too. What if someone were driving a forklift into a truck as it pulled away?

Idk, my target they get the HL team to fix everything. We had a water leak, flooded a section of the store, I had to clean it up. 1. this is at a warehouse not a store.

2. the drive most likely had the green light to pull out. meaning the dock lock had been released.

3. driver's are not aloud on the docks at most warehouses.

well, actually, that IS at a store,because at the distribution center, the driver wouldn't have been allowed to pull that trailer away from the dock. the yard hostlers do it. regardless of a green light or not, i always walk to the back of the trailer and look underneath, up into the dock door and make sure it's shut, insuring that nobody might still be in the trailer. there is always a lot of blame to go around, but the ultimate responsibility for the truck and it's cargo, relies on the driver.
