Just because he didn't mention something irrelevant to the film that everyone already knew doesn't mean it's propaganda or a lie. The propaganda in the country was the Bush government and the major news networks. Moore just showed 2 hours of clips of what really happened. That's not propaganda, it's just another side of the story (and the side that happened to be true).

There were many brutal dictators in the world that were removed by the people cause those people didn't want that dictatorship and they rose up themselves. But that doesn't change the fact that his research is 100% true. Nobody is putting those words in Bush's mouth. And yes, I sincerely do believe Mike is a compassionate humanitarian who cares about people in need (not neccessarily me).
