its amazing looking how you serving the "VODOU" NOT VOODOO , spirits . you tried your best to get all the good out them by buying them all that they like and you are able to !! but about the WANGA (vodou charm spell) that MAMBO racine told you to do. please DO NOT follow instructions to do wanga when you are not an initiate . you can get in deep troubles for doing things you do not know how to do and why you doing it for . thats her little secret NOT yours be careful !!
@barosy003 ... I've had alot of success with wangas... I did not know this was her " little secret" tho... please.. do explain.. what_a_beautiful_mistake@yahoo.com is my email and thank you :)
Please, I would like to know what king of offerings to give St. Marta/Lubana because i can't get her out of my head but I don't want to displease her. I have her image statue and I wear a dragon pendant and snake ring. Also I want to know the offerings for Erzulie Dantor/Freyda. Today is her day. If you'll like to be more private, please send me a message. Many blessings to all :)
The altars look nice and well decorated. But its true that all alters aren't suppose to go together due to the likes and dislikes of some lwa's can you name me some pls
its a beautiful altar. i think vodoo is very interesting. im practice witchcraft myself. but i do have 2 veve on my altar. great blessings to ya. also bi the way what are good offerings to leave voodoo spirits.
i practice an affrican traditional religion called ifa. the lwas that are described here are the same deities (or what we call orishas) as is vodoun. the first altar is yema1= yemaya
The only comment I'd made about the correlation between the Lwa and the Oricha would be the although the spirit archtypal images are similar, we work with them very differently. Ifa and/or Santeria have very different practices. You altars to honour and work with the Lwa you quite obviously love are beautiful, I hope they continue to bless you. Ache.
as a side note, Erzile Dantor does not really have an Oricha counter part, and Ochun is more like Erzili Freda Dahomey.
Thank you very much for the nice comment :-) I do not know a whole lot of Santeria but are the Orishas worshiped? In Vodou the Lwa aren't.. I have a few friends that practice Santeria.. you'd think I'd know. lol Love and blessings to you
I love the decorated bottles. You've put alot of thought and effort into your altars which will give them power. Dont let the negative comments put you off showing theses things - there is not enough on youtube. good luck...
Thank you! :-) Believe me I don't let these people that have nothing better to do than leave other people comments on their faith and spiritual practices, bother me :-P I see a lack of something in their faith if they have to attack other people's.

I thought the Lwa's ARE "Worshipped" in Vodou?

I believe you made a mistake regarding the 3rd altar being "Oshun", thats actuallly Shango in the Ifa tradition.
