why dont you just help those foreign worker to have or to stay here permanently..... since they help this country while you need them..now that you dont need or want them anymore you are just throwing them away like a garbage after you use you send them back to their country...have a program for them that can make them stay here permanenlt...especially the low skilled... most of these low skilled worker are college graduate. why dont you give them a chance to growth here....I just
