Inner and outer pipes must be tuned to the same frequency.You need a spectrum analyzer program for example Spectrum Analyzer pro Live or Overtone Analyser Live.You can hang up the tubes as shown in one of my earlier videos.You will find that there are several resonance frequencys. Some stronger than others. You must cut the pipe and file to hit the same frequency. If you have a Z(Cramton) in the bottom then you will hit even more resonance frequencys.
cool, tuning my tubes didn't work out for me when I tried, but I didn't really have the right tools.
