I totally love this video and can't count the times I've watched it. I really enjoyed this one and what a great looking snake !! You're one VERY brave man Bill LOL
Is drawing venomous snakes that important that you risk serious morbiditiy or even death? I certainly understand passion for what one does, but your artistic skill could be applied to another subject. I just don't understand the need.
ooh wow(haha trying to give me snake dreams??) what they can only strike so far right??thats to close for me..lol i have to show this videos .haha dang god hes to close..lol do u really need to get that close to draw it..and teasing it..lol..they r pretty but deadly.have you ever had one bite you? awesome drawings..imy dad tossed a match near one when he was curled up close to me but it was a black snake..it flew
That is just crazy but at the same time its too cool.lol
I'd like to see a drawing/painting of a Canebreak Rattlesnake or an Eastern Diamondback.I know those dont live in Australia but they are pretty snakes though. They are'nt as deadly as a Tiger Snake either so thats thats a plus.
Totally awesome video Bill. That's one great looking snake and you're one VERY brave man. LOL It's so worth it even if just to catch a close up view of such a lovely creature much less to be able to sketch as nicely as you do while distracted. 5*s
I've not seen a wild one in for years, the one and only time was about 15 years ago before I had a video camera, I'm talking coastal, they are becoming rare, as for an inland, I've never seen one in the wild.
i have a cobra it is dead to today

do you carry appropriate anti-venom just in case.?
muzalot 2 years ago
costs about $1500.00 and only last a few weeks.
Last year I also handled death adders and eastern browns, all needing a different anti-venom, so no I don't.
I just don't get bitten, it's cheaper that way.

Might just have to draw someones pets.

That's a shame. I was thinking coastal too. I reckon that one of those would be one of the hardest and riskiest snakes to do this with.

I agree!
