Yo I used to do this alot, I did one flip, and I could only ever do it once, I got it on film, but my fuckin dad deleted my entire file off the computer. I almost wanted to kill his cat, but anyway I started jumping, leaving the board in the middle of the tramp and jumping on the outside for max height, jumped onto the board popped up into a front flip leaving the board behind, I grabbed it when I was upside down whipped it around and stomped it. Would that be a spidey flip?

the secret is practise. there is nothing sticking it there. he just bounces the board with him. you have to do a slight ollie action to get it good.
