@tyranus226 they are all venomous but with varying degrees. Flat rocks have a lower venom level and are generally as dangerous as a Black Emperor which is not very.
My young emperor does the same, kinda funny how they eat them head first. Got an almost fully adult size BFR on Saturday and already able to handle it, haven't seen it feed yet but gonna check when I can to see if does same thing.
Awesome! He devoured that cricket without even stinging it! Well they rarely sting but I guess they are always likely to sting when it comes to their prey. I'm surprised that he didn't need to sting it.
Very interesting, I love the way scorpions eat. Is this type of species venomous?

My flat rock scorpion always eats the head first, and only the head. It'll never eat the of the body for some reason. xD
