You have to only have a plasma pistol and charged it up and while it is charged pick up an oddball, when you drop the odd ball you will have no weapons if done correctly.

ok, step (1.) create a match with plasma pistols as only weapon you carry, and make the gametype Oddball. (2.) Charge your plasma pistol and walk up to an oddball. (3.) during the weapon-transition stage where you would switch from the Plasma pistol to your newly picked-up oddball (it looks just like when there are no weaps on ur screen for the split-second when you change weapons), hold X. Voila!!!
