it's better to grow food on earth so the plant will take all the nutritions from the soil....

Is the water from the towers being pumped through the top or the bottom of the towers?

There is a misting system inside the towers which spray water on the roots. The roof and walls are retractable so when outside conditions are optimal, the roof and walls are retracted to expose the plants to natural outdoor conditions allows plants to naturally pollinate
