Forget about the vehicle type. Just about ALL road users have an utter lack of discipline, lack of driving ability, but most of all a lack of respect for other road users. You fix that problem, and scooters will never bother you again.
I see just as many idiot cagers as I do motorbike riders.
I urge you to visit the PNP HQ and view the stats. Motorcycle riders have the highest fatality rate when it comes to recorded accidents, but given there are more than 5 million of us out there, we are far from the leading cause of accidents.

-speed limit violators(60kph)except expressways, hindi ka huhulihin.
-traffic enforcers/ police etc also violate traffic laws!
-poor road conditions
-poorly lit
-puv drivers are always erring drivers
