Awesome song and art work : In 1907 My friends and family thought that I had took my last ride.

After dieing 6 times in a 3 week period the doctors had decided that it was time to pull the plug.

Well the next day I started to breath on my one.Was sent home with a slim chance of making it 6 months.18 months later I had a heart transplant and I'm still riding today.

david mann was an artist for the mag. easyrider. They started printing the mag bi-monthly. started out great mag. they swore they were old school and never would change. Then sadly one day you noticed that the mag was filled with advertisements and 80 thousand dollar scooters. money corrupts everything. dave mann was a great artist. think he passed away a while ago. for everybody who remembers pull backs, goose necks, z-bars, god bless you.

I first heard that song last sunday morning, having a good time with some good friends and some Jack-Coke in a friends home-bar...I never heard about molly hatchet before...as I heard this track, i closed my eyes and got the pictures of my dream...riding with my Harley on route 66 into the sunset...what I want to say...: Fuck, this is really great music...hand-made music...

I got to see Danny Joe Brown about a year b4 he died. Almost wish I had not. But you need to pull their whole set of music. My friends and I used to say it was Kermit the frog in human form cuse of the way he sings.

I've been jamming to Molly Hatchet since 1975 when I first heared them in Jacksonville . Just finished my 76 ironhead , fixing to take a year long ride around the country . When asked why , I just tell them to listen to this song . If they still ask , then they will never understand
