  • im sure ive seen him on i am legend.

  • any longer and he'll be late

  • Damn it, I didn't get taller. still 5'9"

  • if that super tall guy was a bit buffer and black.. FUCK he'd be the ultimate ronnie coleman

  • cool videos =)

  • Agent 47

  • Most pointles chest exercise ever. Grab dumbells and hit the incline fly or flat fly.

  • I'm 15 and can I do this?

  • that guy is XERXES from the movie 300!!!

  • i thought that tall guy was a mannequin

    then he starting moving !!!!OMG

  • He's tall as fuck.

  • @xNewYorkGiants24 maybe the other one is short as fuck

  • Holy shit since when did hakeem olajuwon become albino??

  • holy shit how tall is he?

  • This has nothing to do with lover chest this is mainly front delts and upper chest and there is no such thing like shaping and inner chest... instructional fitness my ass..

  • @canvargun

ur an idiot this guy knows what hes talking about man... i bet ur some skinny 160 lb peice of shit

  • @1987slam me beeing skinny is not the issue here THERE IS NO INNER CHEST MUSCLE! fibers line up from arm to sternum when you contract them they all flex, now let me give an example can you say I only wanna work my lovest part of the biceps? no cuz the fibers line up from forearm to shoulder and works as a whole. Dips decline presses works the lower part of the chest this exercise here is for the upper parts try it on yourself and u ll feel on you upper chest too.

  • @canvargun yea but according to you. since i cannot choose only to isolate flex my lower chest that there is no upper and lower chest since it flexes as a whole tissue...

  • if paul had a cape and underwear, he'd be superman with that pose.

  • 0:18 LOOK AT PAUL TRYING TO GET SERIOUS LOL

  • for the records folks, 73Nateman was in vain trying to convince me that it is possible do "define" a muscle with high reps, of course the majority of you know that this idea is totally ridiculous and stupid, just as Nateman is. The only thing high reps do is, they stimulate more slow twich fibers and thats all.

  • @hardgainer080

high reps burn more calories therefore if sufficiently enough to have a calorie deficit DUE TO the high rep and cardio you would be more defined yes

  • Why is that alien pumping iron?

  • lower chest??? you are soooo wrong !!! its for UPPER chest mr instructor....

  • Doesn't this variation of cable cross-over work the SOULDERS instead od the CHEST?

  • Is this similar to decline bench press?

  • how tall is that son of a bitch. He can't even fit into frame lol

  • Joe thank you very much

  • dammmmmnnnnn .... whats up with the giant...

  • Paul scares me, he looks so intense what's the deal? Joey must intimidate him.

  • WRONG less reps more weight.

  • no its not he is right, if you use heavy weights and go for lower reps your workong your type 2a muscle fibers so you only gain strenght, you need to hit type 2b that are slow twitch so they respond to HIGHER reps! Think twice before you rate someones comment retard!

  • @hardgainer080 You just have to work with what works best for you. Though its best to include both low and high reps. By the way slow-twitch fibers don't grow as big as fast-twitch because their used for endurance not mass. You think twice

  • @73Nateman wrong, your body does not funciton like you say, the slow twich muscle fibres are resposible for muscle size, and the fast twich are responsible for muscle strenght, theyr 2 different things

  • @hardgainer080 fast twitch fibers have the greatest force output and are thicker than slow twitch fibers. Why do you think that sprinters have larger legs than long distance runners?

  • @73Nateman they dont ;D

  • @hardgainer080 alright don't listen to me then, look it up and that will pproe my point

  • @73Nateman dude you are ridiculos, you dont give a crap about how muscles grow, cant you see that everyone is contradicting you??? what would that mean???

  • @hardgainer080 alright look it up like i said and you'll see that everyone is contridicting you including fitness experts, pro bodybuilders, etc.

  • @73Nateman i can see that everyone is contradicting YOU not me :)))) if they where any pros or experts here they would agree with me! the best advice anyone can give you: give up weightlifiting, your completley parallel to this sport!

  • @hardgainer080 I am 15 and have been lifting for over 2 years. Ive won a bodybuilding show teen class already and plan on doing one in april again. I follow bodybuilding and am very into it so i know what works by now. Most bodybuilders don't train in the high rep range(12-15), they train in the low to moderate reps(6-10) and carry a lot of muscle mass. DC, Max-ot, HIT, and other programs focus on low reps, infact max-ot is 4-6 reps! Great for building mass.

  • @hardgainer080 Powerlifters are the biggest mutherfuckers around and train in the lowest rep range possible. They carry a lot of muscle mass under all that fat. Great examples include Johnnie Jackson, Ben White, Matt kroczaleski, and Stan Efferding. Would you say they are doing something wrong? Even when they are bodybuiding training they don't usually go above 12 reps. Again they are huge.

  • @hardgainer080 Check out ScottHermanFitness Low versus High reps. And as i said earlier its best to include both

  • @73Nateman of course, include both, thats what im sayng as well

  • @73Nateman man, you dont even know what your talking about

high reps = hypertrophy (muscle growth)

low reps = neuromuscular sistem response (strenght incrase)

stop acting like you know better, cause you know nothing

  • @TheCerebralAssasin2 Just look the fucking facts up. fast twitch grow larger than slow twitch. Heavier weights place more of a challenge on your CNS therefore your body has to adapt. You wont get anywhere doing 15 reps on cable crossovers, but you would definitely get something out of 6-8 reps on squats and deadlifts

  • @hardgainer080

sorry bud, but the white or "fast twitch" anarobic muscle fibers are whats responsible for strong powerful movments and fatigue quickly; the red "slow twitch" aerobic muscle fibers are responsible for long low intensity and are good for endurance. but there is also pink or "moderately fast twitch" muscle fibers and are used more in force and power

  • low reps dont build mass dumbass they build only strenght, thats why you see powerliters that are super strong but they dont have near the same muscularity as a bodybuilder! Because they go lower reps and explosive! To gain mass you need to go controled and keep your reps in a range of 8-12!

  • I didnt give a rep count did I dumbass? I jus said less rep. The original poster said high reps.. TO me high reps is the 20 range which is wrong u want less reps then that..

  • yes and to him low its probably 3-4!

  • wrong dude... look up these two of the top natural bodybuilders in the world..

    Skip lacour

    jeff willet.

they both do Max-OT style training

which is roughly 2 sets of 4-6 reps.

Heavy weight where you CANT do more then 4-6 reps.

    the results don't lie

personally i believe in a combination of both heavy (low rep) days and hypertrophy (high rep) days so you build strength to volumize with heavier weights on the hypertrophy days

look up Layne Norton he knows his shit.

  • no YOU are wrong! 4-6 reps only builds strenght and thats all. Skip Lacour and Jeff Willet have been born with incredibile genetics, that allow them to build muscle no matter how they train, they probably also took all kind drugs and steroids too.

So dont listen to a person only if he/she looks like you want too look, listen to peopole who have study human anatomy!

So out with it, you CANT build muscle while 4-6 reps, you need to go at least 10

  • @TheCerebralAssasin2 so close minded. They were natural bodybuilders. Whatever works for you

  • and this guy in the video dosnt even do it properly, the movement is like this: The contration is an explosive motion 1 second, and, hold the contration for 1-2 secpnds squeeze and the n lower it slowly for 3 seconds

  • Why is Paul standing so aggressively, its like...he wants to fight all of the youtube viewers

  • because he has to maintain his body straight while controling the weight and the motion .. that's why ;)

  • I am talking about at the beginning of the video! Look at him!

  • i think he already has the cables in his hands at the beginning .. or perhaps just his posture lol !

  • Hes gotta fix that...its intimidating.

  • I love doing these but hate waiting on cables to be free

  • Yeah, they're ALWAYS busy.

  • @nissanheel And then when people watch you because their waiting for you to finish!! LIKE DO SOME OTHER EXERCISE I'M ONLY ON MY 2nd SET!! =(

  • paul should play basketball

  • excellent instructor
