Well, things are different now. The owner of ejoy cafe died in April, and before his body was even cold David Sweetman, the owner of Monster Towing, bought the place. He has kept it closed. He bought this lot just to tow cars from it.

Too bad you all are not smart enough to understand that you need a parking pass to park here, there are signs posted everywhere. i count 28 signs around the property. i have been a customer of ejoy for a long time and pity you all who can not read. Oh also, that supposed bait truck is the owners vehicle. every one else can drive to work, so why cant he?

Well the following are the reasons which I believe

1. There is no sign which states that it is private property.

2. "No parking" sign states that "No Praking" for immobile vehicles ... but never says that parking only for "Customers of ...."

3. No one says criminals or goons cannot be cute.

4. Whatever steve did is correct. but he is not supposed to show the car vehicle plate numbers "Remeber a case filed against Google's" street view?"

Finally I am not a lawyer. Thats just my opinion.

nd secon Leemur .. what part didn't you understand. The cars being parked and not towed are BAIT cars leading people to believe that it is permissable to park there an the signage likely isn't legal because it is to small ... that is a scam.

Actually you are trespassing on private property, That is the key term, private property, should they not want people parking there they have done what is legally necessary to protect their private property rights.

What you are doing though is called harassment.
