  • you dont no to use the gun spray thats you'r prob

    lem

  • @BlackShadow3060 when someone like this guy can do a professional job with just spray can, That's when you know he's REALLY GOOD!

  • can i sand out a big run and then reaply clear

  • @samanthasavage4 Sure you can. just be careful to only sand the run surface rather than the clear that surrounds it. When it is smooth or fairly smooth. re apply clear and keep sanding smooth. Easy as that!

  • please dont paint no more...anything...ever!!!

  • @mikaso20042000 AMEN to that one

  • your base coat is like a outside wall on the house man..

  • Duplicolor is LACQUER!!!!!!!!! It will attack anything BUT LACQUER...

This is a reaction that is, you are experienced, you should know why this is happening. You should have used Urethane Clear with an activator.

  • i think in the previous video you put it on too thick in one coat.

  • wow you're a real expert, duplicolor? that must be a professional grade clear coat that ive never heard of

  • @debobeats Yes I am and Expert Painter. Look at my end work. It dont lie. Duplicolor is the professional grade of 4-5$ spray cans. See, you just learned sumthing new... Dont hate the Playa... RH DSD

  • just use 2 pac and you don't get all those problems

  • A question...? i think i will paint my scooter and i wonder how many coats of the different paint i need? primer/paint/clear coat?? Plz answer as soon as possible

  • @T0BBi94 dont use spray can paint seriously ever!! and dont ask that guy for advice any one that needs professional painting advice can call me @ 832-627 0809 my name is Ed i own MXMS Kustom Shop i paint bikes and do tank and fairing repair for a living

  • does it make sense to use a hair dryer to fully flash out the solvents? I cant say since I have never needed to do this but I have thought of doing this if too humid a day..

    Ferd

  • The hairdrier is just like direct sun, not good at all. Heating the top surface will dry the top layer and keep the reducer from coming out. This will cause bubbles and major problems. A cool place outside direct sun at room temp is best to let the panel dry out and cure. RH DSD

  • I hate when paint comes out looking like an orange peel

  • 5AM DANG! construction worker hours, I know what thats like

  • Oh damn. :( I had a similar prob many moons ago with my BMX bike, I painted it a real nice blue, spent hours prepping and getting it right, but rushed the paint, ended up shooting clearcoat too early and heavy, it pulled and crinkled the paint up to 2mm tall in some spots, almost like a crazy stucco job. I was really bummed because of it, but since then have re-painted and it is fine now. :)

  • nooooot good
