@SilverFrosting If you want to add them manually, you need to use Txd Workshop to open up vehicle.txd file and then replace the "on.bmp" and the "off.bmp" in that.
Otherwise all you need to do is replace the vehicle.txd file if you haven't modded anything of it yet.
u only have to replace this one file that you download in C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\models\generic folder. after that you're done!
how does it look retarded? it looks 100 times better than old ones and license plate... where you see the numbers its not mod problem, its gta itself, but you dont zoom that close anyway so it looks fine in game. hqlm is made for custom cars in the first place, and if you dont wana have custom cars, you can have better looking lights

i put this in my sa but it causes clipping..and lagg...

and carmods do this too...lots of clipping even with only 1 car installed...
