My mom is a care giver, and if she saw that, that woman would be in the emergency room. I'm not kidding! if anyone yelled at an elderly person, she would get so mad at them and tell them not to yell again.

I used to be a CNA;I don't see why anyone would put a family member into a nursing home. You're taking them out of a familiar environment and putting them under the care of people who are just trying to earn a paycheck. People would be surprised at how lazy and uncaring some of these people are.
