yes he's incredible! But I think, tyrone curtis "muggsy" bogues was the shortest man in the nba and in an interview on raptors. com by Chuck Swirsky he answered that:

Chuck: Muggsy be honest with me. Can you dunk?

Muggsy: I tipped one in college and dunked in high school. I can still touch the rim.

i don't know why he schould lie about that, but i've never seen him dunk the ball...
