The conklingville dam, I remember when that happened, late May? I went down with my dad and took like the same footage. Dad said he remembered going down there when it was really bad in 1980, and was right down in front of it

i was there on april 26th and it was still like that! im up there on stewarts pond every weekend and iv've never seen the dam like that!
when it was doing that i could feel the spray from the road

dude i live right down the road a few miles from it. its a dam. it looks like a spillway because the lake is really high and its flowing over it.

Yes this is FLOOD CONTROL at it best!! The ecological damage done by this gross manipulation of wording to cteate profit is a travesty to our beautiful Adirondack Mountains of New York. Where is Robert Redford??

Looks about the same level as the lake did during the flooding in June of 2006. Is the lake level higher than that now?
