@RileyKathleen72 Are you refering to the shoulder split? I'll try to do a how to video, and post it for you. I have actually gotten better and my feet do not touch the ground.

try extending your point all the way through your legs everytime your foot leaves the ground...also on your fuetas keep your leg that is out parallel to the ground the whole time (dont move your leg up and down) other than that i really felt the emotion

i'm just starting to work on this ending dialogue for a solo as well. Your choreography is fantastic, and isn't it just amazing to dance to? The words just flow through you as you convey every emotion through your dance. I thought you did very well and it was a great choice. Something tells me if you didn't put your hands down, you couldda stuck the aerial, haha. At least you went for it, I'd kill to get an aerial...one of these days, lol. Keep up the good work!

HOnestly, I cant say, I have never seen you dance. I love both styles, but they are very different. Ballet is good structure and technique for Lyrical. while lyrical is a little looser, and allows you to put your own artistic style into it. it depends really on what you are looking for. I started with Jazz actually, then did ballet. And finally made my own lyrical style...
