Same goes for ump? Are you nuts? The ump does 42 damage upclose and then decreases to 16 at range. With a silencer this means that its always a 6 shot kill except for when your enemy is within shotgun range

You need to know a good balance between sprinting and not sprinting. Yes, if you sprint too much you'll probably be getting yourself killed, although if you don't sprint at all, you get shot in the back. Know when and when not to sprint.
