the top tiers of league( so premiership and champuionship in england) in the six nation and tri nations countries needs to sign the top players from Kenya like Injera and countries such as Russia, Japan, Romania, USA, Canada etc because that is the only way rugby is going to grow into a sport with a lot of serious potential world champions like in soccer where there are the top 10 or 11 countries on level pegging in rugby there are 4 or 5 on the same level( NZ, AUS,ENG,FRA & RSA)
