step 2..... just take the lever out ! it's only purpose is to stop the disk from spinning when you open it . other wise you'll have to fight it when swapping disk . and your motor will get hung on the disk and make a terrible clicking sound

Okay, cool. This similiar was working fully with the old model of playstation(first), It did not need any mod chip or anything else than: 1) Original playable game CD 2) Copy cd of game or "outcountry" game. Then User only had to swap between two cds in the first loading screens when booting up playstation, to fool the playstation think that it will boot up a original cd instead copy one.

@kemashabibi sensor #1 put paper toilet and with the top of the ps2 push it down to be able to close the door.

sensor #3 some ps2 doesnt have it for example 79001 only have 2.

if you could not do it open it up its only 6 screw and it doesn't suppose to fall apart since everything is screw inside too.

Most ppl don't know that you don't even have to buy swap magic or have mods to play backups disk or to play import games you simply just need to swap disk yes the disk may get scratched but just make copies but uploading the data to your computer it should be a .bin file. After that your free to play the game risk free also when you swap the disk swap as soon as it slows down or it will be an epic fail
