all European countries (France being one of them) have criticized Romania not know how to solve the Rroms problem ... good that France is doing better : ))

Ceausescu during the communist regime tried to literate (were forced to go to school) but they have consistently refused. Received apartments in urban areas but it is impossible to integrate into a civilized society.

If France will be able to integrate them into society maybe will follow same model in Romania to resolve the rrom`s problem

C'est comme ça qu'on l'écrit. Il y a 2 sortes de R en rromani (langue des Rroms): un R simple, et un R double.
