i have a boy budgie called baby whos very friendly, i dont think he knows how to bite. but my other one blake hes so nasty i want to tame him like baby but im soo scared of him fromt he first day i got him hes been like it and i dont know why. i slowly go near ihm and put my finger out but he attacks me. im not affraid of birds usually but he scared me and it accually hurts when he bites has anyone got any tips on how to stop him from biting

i have two budgies and the female 1 laid 4 eggs in august and the eggs didn't hatch and it laid 4 eggs again in october and december and i thought they wouldn't hatch but they did and i was so happy that i i sold all of them and left one for my self.on the18th of january it laid 5 eggs too. i'm still waiting until they hatch.

come on, relax. I've never clipped her wings. She's naturally tame and I've done nothing to her but taking very good care of her, Luna. If you don't believe me take a look at one of the other video I posted: "Budgie attacks curtains". There you can clearly see that she i flying away at the end of the clip :)

Not always the case! One of the sweetest, most relaxed budgies I had was a hen. She lived in the big indoor aviary with the rest of my budgie flock and would even lay on her back in your hand. Great when she went to the vets for the 6-monthly 'well-birdy' check-up, she would just lie on her back in his palm whilst he listened to her heartbeat and airways lol. no, she's NOT wing-clipped. I just tame her, Luna, by talking to her every day and feeding her by my hand. By doing this she trusts me and understand that i would do nothing to harm her. Today she would come flying to me if I only raise my hand, or call her name, Luna :) All a budgie need is good care & love :)
