If this is bad, it's because the recording is bad. I saw Skye for the first time on Leno singing live when she was around the age of 14 or 15 and she was instantly magnetic and a born performer (thought perhaps even the next Gwen Stefani.) A born star. Tim Armstrong didn't work with her and she didn't appear on stage with RANCID because they thought she sucked.

Its fairly obvious why Tim picked Skye , despite her lack of credentials she has tons of charisma on and off the stage. He wanted more of a pop sound for the song for radio play and he picked a pop singer thats a cut above her talentless teeny bopper peers. It made for a great video and they have chemistry. It was an awesome juxtaposition of the older street punk and the teeny bopper pop diva.
