They are teasing a return. On the August 21st edition of TNA *SPOILER* AJ Styles (w/Samoa Joe) d. Kurt Angle (w/Booker T) in a ladder match for Angle's gold medal. Booker and Joe fought multiple times around the ring. As AJ and Angle were both near the top of the ladder, the lights went out and Jeff Jarrett's music hit. When the lights came back on, AJ had the guitar and smashed it over Angle's head

Secondly, this is NOT his first TNA Theme. His TNA Theme has primairly been the same since TNA Began. However, small changes here and there have been made overtime. This is the most recent theme. I can give you a link to his first 2 versions of this song.
What I said was he only owns a portion of the company now. Panda Energy owns around 73% of the company. TNA President Dixie Carter(WHo's Father owns Panda Energy) Has the final say so on the business ends. Jarrett runs creative. ALong with Russo and Dutch Mantel.

spike tv actually owns lots of TNA contracts, Angle Sting they did have Cage and a few others

Well like they down own the contracts, just before TNA became profitable, they helped foot the bill for Sting, Angle, Cage, and a few others.
Now that TNA is making good money, they don't do that anymore.
They just pay for production for TNA's iMPACT!.
